Windows Users

1. Press Alt + PrintScreen on your keyboard. This will put a file of screen shot on the hard drive.
2. Open an image editing program like paint, Picture Publisher or Photo Shop.
3. Open a blank page and paste the image.
4. Edit the image like change its size or crop, etc.
5. Save or Print.

Macintosh Users

1. Press Command(Apple) + Shift + 3. You should hear the sound of a camera snapping a picture. This will put a file of screen shot on the hard drive.
